About Argelia, Colombia
Embark on a sensory journey with our latest offering, the Coffee Argelia, Colombia. This carefully crafted coffee is the result of the Women Coffee Producers project, a remarkable initiative by the ARGCAFEE association. Comprising 230 members, this community has been tirelessly working to address wage inequity and promote sustainability since its humble beginnings in 2014 with just 17 members. The commitment to improving the quality of life for its members, promoting diversification, and minimizing environmental impact sets ARGCAFEE apart as a beacon of positive change in the world of coffee production.
Nestled in the cool microclimate of Cauca, central-western Colombia, the Coffee Argelia benefits from the region's unique terroir, stretching from the Western Cordillera mountain range to the Pacific Ocean. The elevation and ocean winds create a distinctive environment, resulting in a coffee with rich, nuanced notes that truly reflect the dedication and spirit of the women behind its cultivation. Indulge in the flavors of empowerment and sustainability with each sip of Coffee Argelia—a meaningful addition to your coffee experience.
