Troubleshooting Tips:

• If the drips become very slow or stop completely, remove the lid and adjust the drip part. 
• To pour your coffee, please remove the lid. 
• The lid is not airtight. To avoid spills, please do not tilt the brewer or lie it down on its side. 
• Never carry the brewer simply by holding the upper bowl, lid, and strainer holder. This may cause the glass section to separate and fall. 
• Please note: the upper bowl has four protuberances to allow air to escape.
• Do not soak the plastic parts in bleach for long periods of time, as this will reduce the durability.
