We prioritise quality, and every coffee batch undergoes thorough quality control testing to meet our high standards. While we don’t typically exchange or accept returns on coffee, if you’re unsatisfied with the quality of your beans, please contact our team at hello@spectrumcoffee.com.au
Merchandise and Equipment
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Domestic and International Returns
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@spectrumcoffee.com.au. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that Spectrum Coffee does not cover return shipping costs, and items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at hello@spectrumcoffee.com.au if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
